2. Cookies
Functional cookies needed for the site to work — your consent choice, login session, currency and theme — are set without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you click Accept all (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw consent any time via the banner or by clearing cookies; this does not affect processing already carried out.
3. Google Analytics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we send usage events — pages viewed, your IP address, device and browser information — to Google Analytics (Google LLC) from our server, for pseudonymised statistics. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Opt out any time via the cookie banner.
4. YouTube
With your consent, we embed YouTube videos (Google LLC). YouTube may set cookies and collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. YouTube embeds are only activated after you click Accept all.
5. Facebook Pixel
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we send visit and conversion events — including your IP address and the action taken — to Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), partly from our server (Conversions API), to measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Opt out any time via the cookie banner or Meta's ad preferences.
6. Purchase & Checkout
Purchases are processed by our external checkout provider Cleverbridge AG. When you click a buy button you are redirected to checkout.siraudiotools.com. Any personal data entered during checkout is governed by Cleverbridge's privacy policy.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we process your email address to send the newsletter, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) confirmed by double opt-in. It is sent via Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA; transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Unsubscribe any time via the link in each email; this does not affect processing already carried out.
8. Server Logs
Our server logs each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to operate and secure the site and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. Invoicing and purchase data is kept for the statutory period (up to 10 years, § 147 AO); newsletter and analytics data until you withdraw consent.
10. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the LDI NRW (Düsseldorf).
If you request the deletion of your personal data, we will delete the relevant data unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require or permit further processing. Please note that after certain data has been deleted, we may be unable to provide support, or may only be able to provide limited support, if such data is necessary to process your request, for example license, purchase, account, or previous support data.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@siraudiotools.com.
11. Errors & Precedence
This policy is provided in good faith and may contain errors, for which no liability is accepted; where it is inaccurate, the actual processing and your statutory data-protection rights prevail. If any part is invalid, the rest remains valid.
